"Mamui" and "Femui" are usually-used nicknames for the male and female Avatar. Some however, do this because their names are just downright weird (Matoi for Caeldori and Syalla for Rhajat being the most common). In general, the characters with Dub Name Changes are still referred by their Japanese names (Kamui for Corrin, Aqua for Azura, etc.) by some due to habit."Bowzu" is gaining some steam on GameFAQs, for when Mozu is reclassed into an Archer or Sniper." The second coming of Donnel" also counts as well. The same reason for the nickname has also led to people shipping both Sigurd and Flora together.Additionally, they, along with the the other expy characters are often referred to as "Literally ", with the exception of Hayato, who's usually called "Not Literally Ricken".The Power Trio of Laslow, Selena, and Odin, after a certain reveal about their origins as Inigo, Severa and Owain, have quickly become "Laswinigo"/"Iniswald", "Lunavera"/"Seveluna/"Sevelena" and "Odinwain"/"Owaindin".His red, white and blue color scheme and nature as a superhero pastiche also lead to Captain Nohr / "Gaston America" comments. Arthur was nicknamed Gaston when he first appeared due to his Miles Gloriosus-looking appearance. He's also been called Blarth (for the same reason), with the obligatory Paul Blart: Mall Cop jokes. Leo from Nohr was nicknamed Blond Marth prior to the reveal of his name, due to the fact that, well, he looks like Marth, but blond.Ryoma also gets called the English equivalent, "Lobster Bro," sometimes.Additionally, several Japanese-honorific based nicknames came about for some of the siblings: Lobster Nii-san (Ryoma), Sexy Nii-san (Xander), Thighs nee-chan (Hinoka) and Staffmouto (Sakura).Another nickname of Camilla, started by the Japanese fans that spread like wildfire is "The Divine Mother".Not helped by the fact that GameFAQs's Endgame (yes the same one who coined Hot Skitty-on-Wailord Action) is known to hate her and only refers to her as that. Her breasts are often nicknamed her "udders" or "Camillas". "Cowmilla" became a popular nickname for Camilla after her design was compared to a cow.Additionally, due to the appearance of "Loyalty" showing up in the trailer with Camilla doing a Sexy Walk with plenty of Gainaxing, the term "Loyalty" has been used as a byword for breasts in the Fire Emblem fandom. emphasis certain scenes in the trailer put on her bust. Camilla of Nohr has been nicknamed by some as " Titties Nee-chan", due to the, umm. This one got so big that it was even referenced in the English version, with Orochi teasing Ryoma by saying he looks like a lobster. This is so widespread that if you go to your favorite search engine and look up Big Brother Lobster, a picture of Ryoma will be one of the first images to pop up.Ryoma, a red-clad samurai seen in the first trailer who had no name until months after its release when the second trailer clarified it, was called "Lobster Lord" in some circles, thanks to a tumblr post.Since their announcement in Super Smash Bros., Corrin has been known as "Corn" by the community, name which later saw its way into Fates.Azura's son, Shigure, has been saddled with the nickname of "Mancina", due to filling a similar role to her (tied parent is opposite the gender of children-bearing parents, and always has his mother's hair color). She was also known as Nainin for resembling Ninian, who is also a dancer and has a similar color palette. Both characters have blue clothes and waist-length blue hair, though Azura's is much lighter. The mysterious dancer, Azura, in the first trailer temporarily gained the nickname of "Dancina" for an extreme resemblance to Lucina.Anyway lol, also the whole "I mysteriously disappear at the end of the game because I'm cursed, but we'll see each other again if you pay 20$" thing is bleh. Especially during CQ "now that you know what's up with your obviously evil dad thanks to this one-time use magic crystal, here's the plan to counter Garon invading Hoshido : helping him invade Hoshido, but THEN he sits on the throne!", with Corrin agreeing that it's a good plan.
Like, she tells you so much that sometimes it feels like she's the MC and Corrin's like "yeah exactly just like she said let's do that boys".
Unfortunately during story chapters she often feels reduced to that one secretive mystical girl that exposes you to the new magical loophole of the week because she has all the knowledge of how the game's world works. So yeah I really like Azura she really grew on me as one of my favourite FE characters. Overall I like how she interacts with the cast, when she does. I love her personality, especially when she's sassy in her supports lol, but also her soothing (?) side - like, mystical cursed royalty aside, she seems like someone I'd like to be friends with.
